Mrs Natalie Hawes
I currently work as a HLTA in both Leeming and Londonderry and Pickhill C of E primary school. I began my career working with adults with learning disabilities which gave me the experience to support educational needs. Through my career I have had the opportunity to work in both Primary and Secondary settings. As a qualified forest schools leader for both school’s I am very passionate about providing children with the opportunity to learn outside of the class room and develop their knowledge and understanding of the world around them whilst gaining practical skills.
I am a mum to two teenagers and spend most of my weekends playing “mum’s taxi” to various sports clubs, as well as enjoying being part of a women’s cricket club myself. I love being outdoors in any weather walking, running or climbing a peak or three!
