Mrs Esther Brown

Esther has been a Primary Teacher for 20 years across a range of settings – from areas of high deprivation, to garrison schools and small rural settings. She has a specialism in English, particularly reading and has been an English Lead for the majority of her time as a teacher. Formerly an SLE for the Swaledale Alliance, she has led training and supported individuals and schools to develop their practise. Her son attends Crakehall and is in KS1. Esther loves to be outdoors, walking or running in the hills, or reading a good book!
