According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the definition of the word synergy is:
"the interaction or cooperation of two or more organisations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects."
The governors felt that this encapsulate the work of the federation and so the name 'Synergy Schools' was born.
Our federation is ambitious and forward-thinking. We are always interested in speaking to like-minded organisations who feel that they could contribute to and strengthen our work.
